We want to help you provide the best possible hosting experience to your customers. We know that the largest percentage of the hotel’s revenue comes from the room. And the clean, beautiful room, is your face. We create the right conditions for our people. We have invested in the proper configuration of our space, we organize seminars for our drivers, there is the necessary training for the staff in the production area and the machines. With solar panels and heat exchangers we significantly reduce the environmental footprint, we invest in saving water while all our detergents do not contain harmful chemicals.
Our History
Establishment of IDEAL s.a.
With great experience in the field of industrial laundry since the 80s, Sifakis Ioannis, and Sifakis Georgios with as many years of experience in tourism and the hotel industry, recognized that the laundry belongs to the core of the hotel’s operation. They establish IDEAL s.a. and start its operation in a 2-acre facility in the Heraklion Industrial Area.
Introduction of Rental services
IDEAL s.a., through its subsidiary Imatel, is the first company to bring to Greece the Rental/ Leasing model for hotel clothing. Innovative for the sector, a model which is now the standard in the hospitality industry.
Strategic cooperation agreement with Kannegiesser
Strategic cooperation agreement with the world’s leading company in the field of Industrial Washing Machines – Kannegiesser. The recognition of Ideal by a global industrial giant as an equal partner, consolidates it in the field of laundry at a pan-Hellenic and European level. The collaboration includes exchange of know-how, cooperation in research and development projects and lays the foundations for better/modern service to our customers in the future.
Completion of a 3-year strategic plan
Acquisitions of neighboring buildings, investments in green energy but also complete renewal and addition of the latest technology of mechanical equipment. Consistent with its vision, Ideal invests and develops in a pioneering unit.
